Logic Fund Management, Inc.
Logic Fund Management, Inc. ("LFM") is a research and information service. We publish investment ideas through our Billionaire's Portfolio and AI-Innovation Portfolio services, and daily macro analysis through Pro Perspectives.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not manage client money. We do not have discretion over any subscriber's account. We publish research; subscribers make their own investment decisions in their own brokerage accounts.
The performance figures we publish are from our model portfolios. Here is exactly how we compute them.

| Average gain | Simple average of all exited campaign gains/losses |
A campaign is a single position from entry to exit. We publish the entry (the stock, the price, and the thesis) and we publish the exit (the price and the reason). Every campaign is documented in our member area with full transparency on entry date, exit date, and gain or loss.
Some stocks appear more than once in our track record because we have entered and exited the same company in separate campaigns at different times and prices.
The performance statistics we publish (average gain, win rate, average hold) reflect only exited campaigns — positions we have closed with a published exit alert. Open positions are not included in our performance statistics. This is an important distinction: our published averages do not include unrealized gains or losses on positions we still hold.
Our model portfolio performance is based on published prices at the time of recommendation. Your actual results will differ because:
For these reasons, all performance figures should be considered hypothetical — not because the trades didn't happen, but because your experience of them will be your own.
Market risk. Stock prices can decline significantly. Some of our exited campaigns have lost more than 90% of their value. You can lose some or all of your investment.
Concentration risk. Our portfolios are concentrated in specific sectors and strategies. Billionaire's Portfolio focuses on activist-driven situations. AI-Innovation Portfolio focuses on AI infrastructure. Both carry sector-specific risks.
Liquidity risk. Some positions may be in smaller companies with lower trading volume. You may not be able to buy or sell at the exact prices we publish.
Volatility. Our portfolios can be volatile. The AI-Innovation Portfolio in particular holds high-growth, high-volatility stocks that can experience significant price swings in short periods.
No stop losses. We do not use stop-loss orders in our model portfolios. This means positions can decline significantly before we issue an exit alert.
Information risk. Our research is based on publicly available information. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by companies, regulatory filings, or other sources.
LFM, its officers, and its employees may hold positions in securities discussed in our publications. When we recommend a stock, we or our affiliates may already own it and may benefit from any resulting price movement. We may buy or sell positions at any time, including before or after publishing recommendations to subscribers.
We do not guarantee any specific investment outcome. Past performance of our model portfolios is not a guarantee or prediction of future results. Market conditions, economic environments, and individual company circumstances change. A strategy that worked in the past may not work in the future.
Our services are general research publications. They are not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Before acting on any information in our publications, you should consider whether it is suitable for your circumstances and consult with a qualified financial professional.
Logic Fund Management, Inc. is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser. Our publications are provided under the publisher's exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We publish regular commentary of general and impersonal nature about securities markets and do not provide advice based on specific investment situations of individual clients.
