("LFM," "we," "our") — including Billionaire's Portfolio, AI-Innovation Portfolio, and Pro Perspectives — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
LFM provides research and information services. We publish investment ideas, portfolio updates, market analysis, and educational content. Our services are strictly informational. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing we publish constitutes personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation tailored to any individual's financial situation.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment based on information from our services.
Paid services. Billionaire's Portfolio and AI-Innovation Portfolio are subscription-based services billed quarterly at the rate published at the time of purchase ($297/quarter as of February 2026). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Free services. Pro Perspectives is a free daily publication. You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.
Cancellation. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by contacting [email protected] or calling 904.206.8810. Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days before your renewal date to prevent the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The performance figures we publish are from our model portfolios — the positions we recommended, at the prices we published. Because subscribers manage their own accounts, individual results will vary based on timing, execution, and position sizing. For this reason, all performance figures should be considered hypothetical. See our Risk Warning for more detail.
All content published by LFM — including text, analysis, data, graphics, portfolio information, trade alerts, and website design — is the property of Logic Fund Management, Inc. and is protected by copyright law.
Permitted use. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access our content for your own investment research.
Prohibited use. You may not redistribute, republish, forward, copy, or share our paid content with non-subscribers. You may not use our content for commercial purposes, including resale, syndication, or incorporation into other products or services. Systematic copying, scraping, or automated access to our sites is prohibited.
The unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject you to personal liability for damages in a civil suit.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Each subscription is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFM and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on our content, or any investment decisions you make. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information we publish. Market conditions change rapidly, and information that was accurate when published may no longer reflect current conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFM and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your investment decisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
This site is not intended for distribution, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. None of the services referred to in this website are available to persons residing in any country where the provision of such services would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the responsibility of visitors to this website to ascertain the terms of and comply with any local law or regulation to which they are subject.
